POP Reservations Jan 2013-2 different quotes??

I called Disney today to book a room only for POP for the first week of January 2013. I called twice and got 2 different quotes from different operators. One was only offering standard w/pool view for $795.00 and I kept saying that I didn't want to pay extra for a pool view, but it was either that or a preferred room for more $. When I called right back this operator offered a standard room only for $760.00. And these prices are all higher that what I expected, from looking at tons of price charts. This makes me want to call everyday and see what another operator will offer. When I asked about if special deals becomes available after I book, one said I could get the better price and the other said maybe, maybe not! Not feeling to sure about this early booking, but I don't want to risk not having a room available if I wait. Any Advice??

I think they have to quote you the highest 2012 rate until the 2013 prices come out then they can adjust it. It's possible once the new pricing comes out your price will go down. (hopefully mid June like last year)
