1) Rooms are a bit bigger at POFQ.
2) There is a curtain at POFQ that separates the bathroom area from the main living/sleeping area, which is nice for privacy.
3) Refrigerators are free now at POFQ, and I believe coffemakers are also available in the rooms. It will still cost you $10 per day to rent a fridge at POP.
4) There is a slide at the pool at POFQ. No slide at the swimming pool at POP.
5) No sit-down restaurant at POFQ, but a 10-minute walk takes you next door to POR, where there IS a sit-down restaurant.
6) POFQ has ferry transportation to DTD.
7) POP food court is family friendly with good choices (considering it's "only" a counter-service) and great desserts.
8) POP theme is fun for kids.
9) There may be more kids around at POP, while more couples gravitate towards POFQ.
