Pop, it has it's own bus. Movies share a bus with the other value resorts and is not the first stop. You may have to wait through several buses to get on one. Especially on a short trip, time is of the essence. Besides, Pop is nicer.![]()
Movies doesn't always share, usually it has it's own bus.
It only has it's own bus during the busiest times. Otherwise, it's a shared bus, where it is not the first stop. Waiting on a second bus is not out of the ordinary there.

That has not been my experience with the All Stars. Over multiple stays each All Star has had it's own bus way more often then they have shared. Sharing has been the exception, not the rule. Though I do agree if the resorts share, the Movies is the last one picked up. Though as each All Star is next door to the other, it doesn't add much time at all. It is quicker for a bus to stop at all 3 All Stars than it is for a bus to pick up guests at CBR.
Also, during my stay at the Pop, it was not out of the ordinary to have to wait for a second bus, due to the fact that the Pop is much larger than any individual All Star.
POP is next on my list.I'd chose POP.
I've been to ASM before and it was an okay experience, POP had its own bus which ran fast and we sometimes walked over to AoA for food.
Since you're staying for one day I really don't think it matters where you stay.
