Why i one of the all star resorts 200quid more expensive for a fortnight than POP and the other two all star resorts?

For some reason Virgin charge more for bookin ASMo that the other AllStars
I have just booked for 3 weeks in 2008, by telephone and prices were same for all 3 All Star Resorts

All Star Movies tends to be most popular for it's themimng (101 dalmations, Fantasia, Buzz Lightyear, Herbie (lovebug), Mighty Ducks), Music tends t be next and then sports third. Not sure why.

We have stayed at asmo and pop. We liked them both as much as the other. We are going to try music next.

If I could save £200 though I would stop at pop or music. The only difference is the theming. I think Pop's rooms ae a bit nicer/modern (bigger safe, bigger tv), but Music has some nice rooms now as it has recently been refurbed.

I don't know how much 200quid is... If you were quoted more for a room at one than the other it is probably a preferred room. I like Pop better - we had a fantastic lake view room last time we were there. I've stayed at all the All-stars and like Music the best of the three.

Wow, that's a big difference! I don't know how long a fortnight is but I would still bet the higher rate is for a preferred room. I definately wouldn't pay more for an allstar room than one at Pop, but we're big Pop fans!

having stayed in Pop and Sports both the same but would pick Pop over Al Stars just for the busses as sometimes you get to go round all the All stars

Was going to say that from what i saw this August, the line for the All Stars buses seemed extreme compared to Pop, as they were sometimes putting all 3 all-stars together, something to think about!

Having stayed at borh all stars & POP i would recommend Pop. The kids seemed to enjoy it more and the buses seemed to be more frequent than when we have stayed at all star.

bus service is an important consideration, even if you rent a car. We always rent, but always take the bus to the MK, since it goes right to the entrance - which you can't do with a car (you have to park at the TTC and take the monorail or ferry).
