Ok if I check in on May 1st and I want to request 4th floor 50's building, When and what # should I call. Also should I call CRO or just resort and whould it make a differance if I used a travel agent like AAA.
If you booked the reservations through Disney then I would just call them back 1-800-421-3732 and request your floor and building, of course they will tell you that they can't guarantee anything but they will make a note of it. The key is to get there as soon as you can on check in day and make your request in person and be firm. I've made requests and they told me when I got there those rooms were not available but when I made a stink about it suddenly they became available.
