POP Decorating?

I will be having my first onsite stay when we go on our trip in March and I know before some people had said they decorated their windows and doors at pop?! Can we still do this as long as you remove everything upon leaving?! This will be my friends first trip ever to disney and we are so excited just thought decorating would be a lot of fun for us the first night. Also saw that some people left the mickey heads on the door and some people signed them!?! Any suggestions?!

Hi Tink... How exciting.. Your first stay on property!!! YOUR GOING TO LOVE IT! IMO:

Window decorating is still around and still fun to do. Some suggestions: Window clings are great. They are fun to use and easy to take off. I bought mine from the dollar store. If you have some Lime Green Mickey Heads from Home depot you can put them up on your window too (you can also write your Dis name on it so other dis memebers can spot you out).

I never did the door signing thing but I think its a great idea. One post I remember reading was from a couple on a cruise, they were celebrating thier anniversary and they put a poster board on thier door w/ a pen and people congratulated them for thier anniversary. I thought it was awesome.

Just finished my Mickey Head Paint Samples for our window decorating at Pop. We'll be there Sept. 14-22.

We're down to 24 days before arriving @ POP - picked up Eeyore stickers today to do a DIS poster for our window - also have some LGMH but need to make another visit to the Pt. Orange Home Depot as they're the only one I can find them at anymore. Can't wait to see all the windows decorated - I hope there's still DISers there when we arrive!!

Have fun......I'm just trying to figure out what all to do, including finding some battery operated mini lights for the window like I've heard people talk about.
