Pop Century

I tried searching and maybe I am just computer illiterate or the search function is hard to use but anyway...... Can anyone tell me if the Pop Century is open. I couldn't find anything about it on the Disney World website so I suppose it isn't. If it isn't does anyone know when it is supposed to open, again?
