Pop Century to Fort Wilderness - Trails End

What is the best way to get there from Pop Century using Disney transportation? I'll be arriving around 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 26th and would like to head over to the Trails End buffet for dinner.

I think the easiest way is to take the bus to the MK and then the boat to WL/Fort Wilderness.

either take the MK bus then take the boat, or DTD bus and then bus to FW.
