Pop Century to Chef Mickey's?

What is the best way to get from Pop Century to breakfast at Chef Mickey's?

Also, I haven't made the PS yet (too far out) what time should I make if for?

Take the bus to TTC and then ride the Monorail to the Contemporary. Chef Mickey's in inside the hotel.

We always make our PS for the latest possible time and use it as lunch. We're going in February, and it's set for 11:15. It's less crowded, so the characters will spend more time with you.

We're also going from PC to Chef Mickey's. I've booked 10:45. I was afraid that the food wouldn't be hot or fresh much later.
Is the bus to the TTC the same as the bus to MK?

Take the bus to the MK and walk to the CR! It is much shorter and a straight 7 minute walk; that is, if you are running late on time.
If not, still take the bus to MK and then get on the monorail to CR!
Either way has less hastle than the TTC!

You are aware that Chef Mickey's does characters at every meal, right? We have been to B, L, and D there and they are all fun!

Great restaurant, but I don't believe the Resorts have a bus to TTC anymore. Just the loop bus that goes from Ft. Wilderness, & Wilderness Lodge goes to TTC. You will have to take bus to MK then either walk or ride Monorail to CR.

This is correct, there are *NO* buses to or from the TTC to any Disney Resort aside from the Wilderness Lodge & Fort Wilderness.

One would take the bus to the Magic Kingdom (that particular bus will start service 7:00am, sometimes earlier). Speak with the driver upon boarding the bus. Sometimes the driver might be able to drop you off directly. If they are unable to, just walk across the street (short walk) or take the Monorail (same distance to the Monorail as it is to walk across the street)
