Pop Century to Caribbean Beach?

Hi all! I was looking at a map and it looks like you should be able to walk from Pop Century to Caribbean Beach. Does anyone know if this is possible? I know there is not an official walkway, but is there a shortcut that will get me there? Thanks!

I walked it last year. We were at Caribbean and I was part of a stroller swap and needed to drop the stroller off for the next family at Pop Century. I just walked on the side of the road as there are no sidewalks. I looked for a shortcut, but couldn't find one. The walk probably took around 10 minutes from the Pop Century lobby to my room. We were staying in Jamaica 45 which was pretty close to the entrance closest to Pop Century. It's definitley doable.

Others have posted on here that Disney frowns on walking where there are no sidewalks, and may even stop you if you are walking on the roads. I think it is because the roads all have a tendency to be very busy traffic wise, so it's a safety issue. Maybe someone with more personal knowledge can chime in....

I wouldn't advise doing this. It's not safe. Disney really frowns on it and if security is doing their job, they will stop you. The road you took is back stage and is off limits to guests. Buses travel those roads and don't expect people to be walking on them. It can be done but why take the chance?
