Pop Century room requests not available?

Did online check-in for Pop Century this morning for a trip 11/27-11/30. The room request dropdowns were empty. Any idea why we wouldn't be able to make any room requests?

It's a known issue throughout all resorts. Online check in is just, for lack of better words, broken right now.

It's a glitch in the system. People have been experiencing this with OLCI for a while. I'm not able to make any requests either. I don't arrive until November, though, so I'm hopeful it will be fixed by then. You could call and have your requests noted in your reservation.
