Wondering what room I should request for Pop century and the chances we would get it? Just a standard room, will be staying august 21 - 25th. Thinking 60s because of proximity to Skyliner and buses? But not sure. Any help would be lovely.

There are standard rooms in 60s section those will tick all the boxes- close to Skyliner, close to main building, close to main pool, close to bus transportation. There are some great standard rooms which are in the 70s section. We have got our request about 50% of the time. I would rank the sections this way :60s, 70s, 50s, 90s, 80s. We have stayed at Pop 11 times.

We will be there at the same time! I wanted to put in a request for the 60's building, however we have two adjoining rooms, and I don't believe those are available in the 60's building...

Have a great time!

Sorry if my earlier post was vague. I, personally, request 70s section (of course I do not pay for a request through another site, I just request on MDE). I feel like a 70s standard request will get you in the 70s buildings most time and those are nicely located to main areas and Skyliner. There are less standard rooms in 60s section so your odds go down significantly of getting a good room with a 60s Standard room request. The 50s section is great except for Buiilding 2. I feel like the 80s, 90s and building 2 should be given to those that want to use their cars during their vacations since they are near parking lots. All this said, I have stayed in what I consider the worst spot- 80s in building 7 and it was not terrible. If you are willing to cut through a parking lot to reach the buses, even that section is close to the main buiilding and bus transportation.

"Adjoining" rooms are in any building as adjoining rooms can be next to, back to back, or around the corner. But no internal door between them.

"Connecting" rooms are next to each other and have an internal door between them.

As far as I know, the values have some connecting rooms in every building.
