I just walked around building 6 (part of it anyway) and from what I saw I don't think anyone is staying in it right now.

I don't think so. I was there at Thanksgiving, and the entire building appeared to be closed and fenced off.

We had a one-night stay last week before moving to CSR. I requested high floor and 90s and got both. We were in room 8402 and had a great view of the fireworks through the window (we think it was HS). The room was quite clean but our socks were not after one night, so I suspect there is no mopping between guests. We ate at the AOA food court and we were out of the room really early, so I can’t comment on anything but the room. It was nice and clean and made me wonder why I’ve been spending more on deluxe resorts.

I hope they would be done with it by September, but I guess you never know. I don't know if anyone can give you a real answer this far in advance.

I didn't know you could see fireworks from the 90's. I've always read about seeing them from the back of the 50's, but not the 90's. That's cool!

Done by September? At the current pace, not a chance. If they continue at the pace they have so far they may be working on their first 50’s building or if all goes well, they may be working in their second 50’s building. So far they’ve taken 8 months to complete the first 4 buildings.

That's what I was thinking. I always request 50's but if it is under construction at that time I will choose somewhere else. I'm fine with taking a non refurbed room but I don't want to be in the area while construction is being done, unless it's building 2, I never stay in that building anyways, lol.

The new rooms have a coffeemaker. It includes coffee (maybe tea as well? I only noticed the coffee, lol)/creamer/sugar/etc. Disposable coffee cups are provided.

That's what I was thinking. I always request 50's but if it is under construction at that time I will choose somewhere else. I had lots of practice making 'guesstimations' when adopting my daughter. When my file went to China the anticipated amount of time to referral was 6 months. It stretched and stretched and our travel group's referrals came 3 1/2 years later! It was a much longer wait buy oh my, she was worth every second of it!!!

On a Facebook group a member just posted that the wing in building 6 facing building 10 looked about done and TVs were all on last week.
