Roger Rabbit is standing on the Turpentine and it's in the 80/90's section. The pool is the hippy dippy in the 60's.

I have these:

My daughter playing with legos on the floor in front of the window. The door is on the left side of the picture.

Here you can see the TV/dresser in the background. Our laundry hamper was on the right-hand side in the corner.

They don't show a lot more than the first one did, though.

I will say that I was kind of surprised at the size of the room. I was expecting it to be tiny, but it was fine. We had more than enough room.

Thanks for the pics. We just found out our 22 year old daughter is going to get to come along with us. She has been away at missionary college for 2 years and we only get to see her 2 or 3 times a year. When we booked Pop, we thought there would just be me, my husband and one 11 year old son. So, I am just trying to get a "feel" of the size of the room.


And, for everybody else who posted pics, thanks so much! I sent a link to our daughter so she could look at pics of Pop Century. She's so excited to be coming along for the first time in 2 years. (She has been to WDW 12 times but is still excited)

What is the 70s section like? And is it a preferred location? I am thinking about requesting that section when I book and was wondering more about it. Thanks in advance for your help.

We stayed in the 70's Mickey phone building last year, on the backside facing the lake and LOVED it. We had a 4th floor room and heard no noise at night at all. Walked to the elevator and then it was really a fairly short walk to the main building. Our room was not preferred. Hoping to get a room in the same area this trip!

Have requested 70's building since that is my favorite era, brings back tons of memories. I know it's not guaranteed but I have my fingers crossed.

The reason behind my question is no one is in the pool. I know they close at midnight, and have in my mind a nice dip around 10pm or 11pm some nights before bed. Am I likely to have a pool to myself?

Probably took this around 12:30, though I think it also may have been a touch chilly that night to swim.
I know on the warmer nights the main pool had people in there really late.

Aaaah okay, thank you. Well at least I won't look daft swimming in the evening. But hopefully in the evening it won't be too crowded with the very young 'uns.

Thanks for the pictures! Never stayed at POP, but will be for the first time in June. These are great to show the kids!
