I didn't know in which thread to post this, so here it is.

We spent a LOT of money on those small cartons of milk last trip because our two children drink whole milk 2 times per day. I was told by a friend that the large creamer machines next to the coffee hold whole milk and they used it on their cereal. Anyone heard of this, is it true??? If so, we will save a TON of money this year.

I think what's in those machines is actually non-dairy creamer, but I don't know for sure - maybe somebody else does?

It's non dairy creamer. You should be able to buy a quart of milk at the resort store.

My Dh drinks milk in the morning & I soon found out
the milk was alot more reasonable at the resort store ( about half the price)rather than at the food court & it was right around the corner from the food court.

Absolutely buy your milk in the Pop gift shop!!! Much cheaper than buying those cartons. Only issue will be is that you will have to have someplace to refridgerate it...so, you'll have to rent a fridge. Unless, of course, your kids are going to drink the entire thing in one sitting...which my ds would have done in his youth!!!

Totally appreciate the tip, but taken out of context, this statement is hillarious!

And thanks! We will do as advised next weekend! ;)

Call me crazy.... but I don't think the Pop gift shop sells cold items? It's the only resort that doesn't. You have to go to the deli in the food court for that stuff. :confused3

Agree with above - no cold things in the gift shop - it's a combo-store and food area concept, and the milk is only in the back of the food court.
