Pop Century bell services?

Will they help you with your luggage when you arrive or will Pop Century have carts that we can use to take our luggage to our room ourselves? We will be arriving early evening.
What about vice versa when you leave? Do we have to call the night before or just that morning?

What if we decide to store it instead of putting it in our car? (We have a PS at a character breakfast in AK that morning before we head out for home.)

Yes for all of your questions. They will take your luggage and deliver it to your room within one hour of you receiving your room assignment or let you use a cart.

If you want them to hold your luggage before you check out you should call the night before. They will store it until you are ready to depart WDW.
