Pop Century Area

Do not know if this is the proper place to ask this question.

I know that there is a McD's just outside the AS resorts.

Is there a McD's or other fast food outlet close to (walking or short drive) to PC?

There will be a food court in Pop Century. There is nothing within walking distance (and walking on WDW highways is not permitted). However, DD and the whole Crossroads Shopping area will be between a 5-10 minute drive from Pop Century. The Crossroads Shopping has lots of fast food options including McDonald's. The McDonald's near All-Star will also not be that far away from Pop Century if you have a car and really would like to go there.

There is also a McDonald's at DD Marketplace. It's on the western side. Again, you can't walk; but it is a bit closer than the Crossroads Shopping area.
