If we are staying at Pop Century can we use the pools at AoA? Just wondering

No. It's not allowed.

No, but you can use everything else, like buses, food court. We used the buses if a Pop bus left and a AoA bus was waiting. The walk across the Generation Gap bridge is quicker than waiting in the queue for a Pop bus.

Pop Century and Arts of Animation are not considered "sister pool resorts" like all three All-Stars are; and Port Orleans French Quarter and Port Orleans Riverside are. So no, you wouldn't be able to use the Art of Animation pool unless you were a registered guest there and the same for Pop Century.

Does the Schoolyard Sprayground count as a pool? I booked POP thinking the Pop Jets would still be there for my toddler and only just now realized they are gone

Yes, the Schoolyard Playground is inside the locked pool gate area at AoA, so you need to unlock the gate with your MagicBand (only for guests staying at AoA).

Pop Jets have been gone for at least 3 years and probably longer than that.
