Pop buildings

Is the 60s building at Pop all preferred?? What would be the next best to ask for that would be closest to food and transportation without paying for preferred?

We stayed in the 50s building when we were there for christmas. Could see the fireworks at epcot from our room.

It wasn't far at all from the food court/buses.

The 70s building would be even closer since the food court and buses are on that side of the lobby, but we wanted to have room views for the fireworks since my family isn't stay at the park late type family.
