Pop and AoA at the end of January with Skyliner downtime

At the end of Janaury, when the Skyliner won't be going to Epcot, busses will be provided at AoA and Pop Century to Epcot, correct? But is the Skyliner still going to be open to Hollywood Studios? If so, Disney would not run busses at those resorts to/from Hollywood Studios?
