We ended up at Nine Dragons by accident as well. It started to pour, and it was the place we ended up at to stay out of the rain. I was pleasantly surprised by their food and atmosphere. I will definitely go back.

I did have a very good lunch there several years ago though. I had a nice table next to the window overlooking WS. When the waiter came, I asked what the spiciest thing on the menu was. He looked at me kindof hesitantly, pointed to the very first item on the entree portion of the menu, but then quickly said it was really too spicy for most tourists. I laughed, told him I was from Texas, loved spicy foods, and nothing could be too spicy. I'm still not sure what I ate--it was sort of like hot and sour soup or pho, but alot thicker with meat and vegetables and much hotter. It was really good, but the waiter kept coming by asking me if I was sure it was alright and if not, he'd be happy to replace it with something else. I had to keep assuring him it was fine. I couldn't finish it and he asked if I'd like to have him pack it up to go, which he did. Then without me asking, he brought me a big bowl of free ice cream ("too cool your mouth off").
