The Poor Man's Wake is in sight....
The Poor Man's Wake will take place on Thursday, October 3, 2002 before the DLR Haunted Mansion Holiday Event. Plans are still bubbling and brewing, but we need to start collecting a body count now. No later than Sunday August 25th (9 PM PDT) please email Ivanova at ivanova.bab5@verizon.net with your interest in any of the following:
1. Number of ghoulies (anyone age 10 or over) for dinner
2. Number of goblins (anyone age 3-9) for dinner
3. Number of Poor Man's Wake fantasy LE pins (limit 2 per person)
4. Number of Poor Man's Wake garments (T-shirts) which will have the pin graphic silk screened on the shirt
Prices for dinner, pins & shirts have not been set in (tomb)stone as of yet - details to be announced soon - this will be a limited attendance event with multiple packages available to choose from. Those that sign up for the dinner and prepay (once the dinner packages are completed and published) will be entered into a drawing that will be held Sept. 26th (a week before the dinner) for a free dinner package.
Dinner, pin & shirt sales will be filled on a first come, first serve basis - with preference given to those who express interest in "an early demise" by August 25th.
Extra pins & shirts will be available for nondinner participants after all dinner reservations have been fulfilled. If any additional pins & shirts are still available they will be for sale on line after the event.
