Do any of the oldies but goodies here, know the approximent value of PP's #5074 Poolside Mickey. I am just curious as I was fortunate enough to find a custom made framed set yesterday with this pin as well as #5865 Surfing Mickey and #5648 Golfing Mickey. I was pretty excited. It had a nice artist drawing of Mickey with it. It is framed very nicely. I thought the price I paid made it a steal. I found it at a booth at Rennigers in Mount Dora.

Many thanks,
Winnie

I bought a poolsisde Mickey recently for $12

Wow! You got a really good buy for this pin. It is quite a rare find. Not meaning to insult you, but just curious, did you or the other person know what you had? This pin for as long as I can remember has been truely hard to come by.

Does anyone else know what this pin has brought in regards to monetary value?

Thanks,
Winnie

I agree that its a pin that's not around a lot, but it is one of those pins that is relatively non-distinctive. I've seen a few on Ebay that didn't go that high, somewhere less then $20 and then occassionally I'll see one for like $75 and it gets no bids. It is a one of kind pin as it's an authentic Disney made pin that has the name of a non-disney website on the back, which is pretty unheard of these days.

And not many pins have mickey holding what looks to be a drink. I saw a few of these at the event in Sept and they are unique but not hard to trade for. I would agree that the value is about 15 to 20 on a good day.
