Hi y’all- I just changed our room category from partial ocean to poolside garden view. I didn’t want to run the risk of staring at the parking garage and the four seasons with the partial ocean view.

My question is this… Anyone have poolside garden view photos they can share? We requested the first floor for many reasons. I know it’s not guaranteed but it would be nice if they can accommodate us.

First floor poolside garden view is my #1 choice and recommendation when visiting Aulani. I hope you get it!
I’ve found a few photos and reviews online and it does seem pretty awesome! How was the noise level with the patio door closed. I never hear anything since I am actually deaf in one ear. But, my husband hears everything and then some.

Soundproofing at Aulani is great overall; I'm like you husband with the really sensitive ears, and when you slide that door shut it really is silent inside.

We stayed in a poolside garden view last March for our honeymoon. I can’t remember the room number but we were on the lobby level which was nice not waiting for elevators. We didn’t have any noise issues at all. We were in the wing to the left when you enter overlooking the lazy River. Definitely no view of the water from that floor but we loved it because of the lush foliage. 63B5EEB0-E5FB-42AB-9B44-028642F53253.jpeg8584B901-AA77-4DDE-BEB3-50F76C37DA66.jpeg

What level is the lobby on? Would you just take the stairs down to the pool? Thinking I will request lobby level if ground floor is not available.

We were in room 378. Which is lobby level. There were elevators close by to take down, but we were also close to the stairs near the two gift shops.
