We recently stayed at Kidani and visited both pools.
Slide--Kidani's larger slide is a corkscrew and Jambo's is a smaller, straighter slide. Kidani also has a small children's slide. My kids liked Kidani's better.
Color--I know this bothered my kids. Jambo's is more of a green color to look like a natural African pond. Kidani's is your normal blue color.
Size--Jambo's pool is much larger than Kidani's.
Chairs--The chairs at Kidani are a nice new fabric, which Jambo's are nice they are more of a plastic.
According to the rules, you are only allowed to go to Kidani if you are staying on points at either Jambo or Kidani. When we were there in August, the gate did not lock. I hope it does now.
