Hi guys! My WDW trip is coming. Going with wife and two kids (3 and 9) in last week of Jan.2020. We have never been this period of the year and I would like to know how is temperature of the pool water.

Is the temperature difference inside and outside the pool too big?I´m afraid the my kids get a could in the middle of the trip by playing in the pool.

Thanks everybody for the support and sorry for my bad english! ;)

The pools will be warm, the outside air could be quite cold. We've been in December and seen steam rising off the pools at night.

Pools are heated to 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot tubs to 104 degrees. They won't get a cold by going in and out of the pools. Although colder, drier temperatures can reduce your resistance due to making your nasal passages drier, colds are caused by viruses which have nothing to do with temperature changes. They may find it unpleasant though getting in and out of the pool. We combat that by wearing swim shirts (long sleeves) which we find keep us warmer both when we're in the pool with our shoulders out of the water and when we get out, especially if there's wind. I also have a variety of lengths of swim pants and shorts that help my legs keep warmer when getting out. I'll never go back to a normal bathing suit!

Maybe.
Though it won't have a thing to do with getting sick. Getting wet and cold doesn't make one sick. Germs do that.
But it may be too cold to swim. And it may not be.
In FL it can get below freezing outside for short periods of time, especially in January.
Usually at night. Highs in the daytime can be as low as in the 40's, though 60's would be more common.
Even if it's in the 60's the water will be/feel warm but you gotta get out sometime. THAT is when they'll freeze their tushies off. Especially if it's cloudy out.
Cloudy and 60 feels WAY different than sunny and 60. Even 70 can be cool to be wet and be without sun. I guess if they get out and run right inside it may be ok.
And if it gets cold enough, Disney will close the pools.

We were there in November and some days were just too cold to swim for us. We didn't find the pools that warm either, especially in the morning when he sun hasn't had the time to heat up the pool.

As others have noted, the pools are heated to 82

That completely depends on the person. My son and I regularly swim at WDW when the outside temps are in the 40s. My wife would never consider swimming if under 75.

I'm afraid the my kids get a could in the middle of the trip by playing in the pool.

Don't worry about that. If your kids catch a cold while there it wouldn't be from that.
