Pool use of home resort ...

when not staying there on points? We are DVC members with our home resort being BRV. We are not going to be staying there next trip but was wondering if it was pool "hop-able" because it is our home resort. In other words does owning a home resort allow pool hopping privileges to that specific resort even though it is not allowed in general? Not a priority for us, but was curious.

Owning does not give you any special privileges at your home resort.

And BRV is not included in the general pool hop perk for DVC.

Many timeshares allow day usage for members but DVC does not.
