Are guests in the BW allowed to use pool in Y & BC?

I would have to think not. Pool hopping is a only allowed for DVC members staying on points. You can only use the resort pool we're your staying.

No. The Y&BC is very strict in checking for room ID before allowing entrance into the SAB pool area. DVC members are allowed to pool hop at certain times of the year but they are no longer permitted to pool hop to SAB. The opening of the DVC at BC caused them to fear "pool overload" and pool hopping was suspended.
