Are there pool towels or do we need to take our own to the Cabins??

Thanks!

But if you are in a cabin you will have towels you can take from there.

you know, i really don't understand why there are no towels at the pool for ft. wild. guests. every other disney resort has towels at their pools, why not at the fort? there would be no more chance of people keeping towels here than at any other resort.
we found out the hard way the other day, although it was so hot, no towels were needed to dry off. i went to buy a towel at the trading post...$30? forget that! i really assumed there would be towels, we have to be the only resort that doesn't provide them. were they EVER provided? what is the reason i wonder?

I think maybe it would be easier for people camping to steal towels than it would be for people in resorts. They could go to the pool and bring a few towels back to their camper, and nobody would ever know. That's just my opinion though. I could be totally off! It wouldn't be the first time! :goodvibes

I was at the Fort in May. There were only a few of us in the pool at the time and a guest went off yelling at the life guard about no towels at the pool. She explained as Rhonda stated people would take them back to their campers. The guest was still not happy with the answer and started complaining about the price of the campground. I finally had enought of her ranting and told he "Lady this is a campground, bring your own towels." She shut up and then sat there watching her kids in silence.

wow some people huh! I am understanding of it, I to wish they had them of course, but its no problem packing a beach towel or just bring one from the cabin.

Also, most people that stay in a resort ,hotel, etc. don't bring towels from home so they don't have extras for the pool. Most people that camp( FW, KOA, etc.) bring towels from home for showers or pools. Just another thought, I could be wrong too.

its been ages since we brought towels on vacation..
so much for packing light!

Thanks for your help!

The only time we bring a towel is for the parades, so the kids won't have to sit on the hot ground. I also carry a small one to dry them off after playing in the water fountains.:dance3:

No need to bring towels, if you look under the sink in the bathroom of the cabin you will find plenty of towels, plus housekeeping will bring you more if you need them.

If you are staying in the cabins.......trust me....by the third day you'll have
more towels than you know what to do with. Especially if you hang the
"service not needed" sign out....then they'll just leave a bag full hanging on
the door every day.:thumbsup2
