Are there towels at the pool here, or do we need to bring our own?

Yes there are lots of towels. Usually the same attendant who is handing out wristbands is also manning the towel cart.

Yes - would run in the morning and then jump into the pool before going back to my room. They definitely have lots of towels available at the "quiet" pool.
