Pool Temp/pool Heat

I have always enjoyed WDW pools in that they were comfortably heated, and nice to just walk right in to. On my last trip, I thought the quiet pool at the Wildnerness Lodge Villas wasn't heated at all and the main pool was barely heated. This was in late Oct. Have there been any changes to the temps they are keeping pools at?

SAB was a nice temperature the day after Thanksgiving, but getting out of the water into the 45° air was a bit too much like home for us! :)

They are all supposed to be heated to 82. Maybe they hadn't done that at your pools.

Will it be warm enough to swim in February? I can't decide if we should include Blizzard Beach in our itinerary.

We stayed at WL Villas in mid-December and the quiet pool was toasty warm. Almost like bath water. However, it seems pool temps vary greatly from resort to resort. Two years ago we stayed at YC, the Poly and OKW during December. The quiet pool at YC was bathwater. The quiet pool at OKW was considerably cooler, but still pleasantly swimable in the afternoons. Both pools at the Poly were like diving into icewater.

in the Poly pools in November. Pools were warm at the GF a year ago December. I concluded that the pool temps are apart of some of the cost cutting measures I noticed. I do not think they adjust the pool water according to the outside temps. The pools should be great in the summer :p

I went swimming at ASMo in early March-- the outside temp was probably in the low 60s, but the pool water (which was supposed to be heated) was SOOOOO cold. I lasted 5 minutes before I had to get out and run back to the room and a nice hot bath.
