Obviously, it is a major renovation, but I just find it strikingly odd that they would do this during a relatively warm and busy time of year. September, October, and November (to some degree) are really warm times and that is a LOT of people to expect to use the Kidani pool.
It just seems like they should have waited until the day after the Holiday crowd leaves, say Jan 2, and started the renovation then. It could have been over before the Spring rush. Moreover, it would have occurred in a less busy period (I know that hardly exists) and a time when a lot of days are short and the weather does not permit a great deal of swim time. There are many times they have to close either TL or BB during those early months of the year.
I guess my opinion means nothing, but I definitely feel it is a disservice to have one smallish pool for such a large resort in warmer times...
