Kinda of - the water is heated (I think) from the same source as the pool - so it is generally not as hot as Hotels would be - but that just depends upon the hotel and the owner of the home. Some of the hotels (including Disney) have way lower the heat - because of all the kids who get in the spa. A real spa is way to hot for little kids.
The spas that are attached to the pools can be heated to 103ish but they're not all set up that way. Some are only the same as the pool and have no extra heat. Also you do have to have pool heat in order to have spa heat too (I think). Be sure and ask how high the spa temp can go. You can find some homes that have a separate hot tub on the pool deck. We've had both and I think I prefer the attached pool spa if it gets hot.
