Pool Hopping???

If you are staying at the Grand Californian, can you use the Disneyland Hotel pool?

No. But if you stay @ the PPH, you can use the DLR pool. At least you could last year.

This is PURE speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised if the pool hopping ended once the PPH pool is refurbished. It's my bet that they let the guests go over to the DLH pool because the PPH pool was just so boring.

Hands down it's got to be DLH. The Neverland pool is EXTREMELY cool. It's got an Ariel-themed hot tub, a water slide for big kids, a water slide for little kids, it's big, and the theme is really great. If pool-hopping is not discontinued, we will be planning more time in the Neverland pool this fall!

I just spoke with someone at the GC yesterday on the phone...he said that if we stayed there, we could use the DLH pool, but that DLH guests could not use the GC pools.

Is there a sure way to confirm this?

Call the DLH and ask the CM's there, I would think. When we stayed at PPH, the way that we got into the pool was to use our room keys in an electronic lock at the pool. I didn't think that the guests at GC could pool-hop, but I don't know everything. (I just think I do.)
