Pool Hopping Question

I know that pool hopping is not allowed. However, I've been reading that some people have hopped from one value resort pool to another.

Is everyone at a value resort allowed to do this? What are the conditions, if any?

We'll be staying at Pop, so will we be allowed to use the pool at All Star Movies?

Someone will probably flame me for even asking this questions, but oh well. I'm asking because I don't know the answer, not because I intend to hop, find ways around the policy, etc.

If you're staying at an All Star, you can use any All Star resort's pool. They are considered sister resorts.

If you stay at Pop, you can't use the pool at All Star.

If you stay at an AllStars resort you can use any of the AS resorts.

I'm bummed that I can't use the All Star Movies pool because I heard it was great! Oh well, that's just another reason for me to go back to WDW in 2008
