Pool Hopping at DVC Resorts

we are staying at BWV in august. we are planning on doing the character breakfast at Cape May at BC. Are we allowed to use the pool at BC?

OK thanks.. i didnt want to unless we were allowed. Last yr when we stayed at WL there were quite a few people from Saratoga Springs using the pool. They must have been members.
