Just because you don't pay $250 a night for a house doesn't mean it isn't a nice home. And Florida Leisure doesn't own the market in Central Florida. We usually pay $100-$130 a night and stay much closer to WDW main gate than Davenport, Clermont or Cumbrian Lakes. We've never had a problem. I agree that Davenport is usually less expensive than Windsor Hills, Indian Ridge, or the Lindfields areas. The farther away from WDW the less expensive. When we booked our vacation this summer I noticed that the prices are lower overall. There's still a few owners that will not budge on the price but they may be the one's to worry about being in foreclosure soon OMHO.
If I was an owner in a bad economy and bookings were few and far between, I would have a sale.

So maybe you break even instead of making a profit this year. At least you don't lose your investment.
