pool home or Bonnet Creek?

I can get decent prices on both. The home is a little more but much larger. Its in Emerald Island.
The home would be about $100 more but that does not include pool heat(do I need it the end of Oct?)

Having a pool right there would be very convenient, but then my 2 boys would miss any chance to meet other kids(they are 12/15)

Bonnet Creek is so close and I probably won't get this good of a deal in future years, but probably not on the house either

we have done the condos before, but never rented a pool home

any thoughts?

Just different styles of vacation. We enjoy both. You are deciding between more private amenities and a more resort-y feel, so it's hard for anyone else to say which one you should go with.

Either way, hard to make a wrong choice.

I strongly suggest pool heat. It is recomended by home owners.

Emerald Island Resort does have a clubhouse pool that may or may not have children to play with?

Personally, I would stay at Bonnet Creek but I enjoy having the amenities available to me. (Pizza place, bar, mini golf, arcade etc) We like meeting other people at the pools and the social part of vacationing at Bonnet Creek or other resorts. Plus, it's a great location and a beautiful resort.
