We are staying at the POP again and I was wondering if we can bring a pool floaty for our 10 mo. old. We have stayed at many of the resorts in the past, but that was before we had a child and we can't recall ever seeing kids with floaties. Are they allowed?

Thanks for your help!

I don't know for sure, but last year we took one (for an 11 mos old) and someone else with a baby had one too. I can't imagine not letting baby ones. I am sure the big ones are a no-no though.

I've seen any number of personal pool floats used at WDW.

Storm Along Bay rents inner tubes, so as I recall they may restrict some, but not the armbands.

You should be able to use them. We took a noodle and when we left we gave it to another child. At OKW you can use a life vest floatie. We used that last year for our 3 yo and it kept her head above water and she was able to "swim" by herself (with us very close by of course). We (and her independent little self) LOVED that floatie/vest that I found one on the internet exactly the same but different colors (it was like $40-50 worth every $). We'll be taking it along and using it again and again until DD doesn't need it anymore. I don't think they can tell you not to use a floatie for your small child..unless they want you to buy theirs.
