Pool Bars Question

I know that pool hopping is off limits but can I go to the bars by the pools? I don't plan on working my way around the resorts, but the Poly seems to nice tropical landscaping and the pool/bar area seems like a nice place to relax one night and maybe catch some fireworks. Is this okay?
