pool bars not on DDP?

I know I am just misunderstanding, so could someone please clear this up for me? I read that pool bars are not included on DDP for 2007, but I see that Hurricane Hannas at Beach Club is still listed for quick service and snack. Is the "pool bar" something other than the pool snack bar? Thank you.

I think the notation is intended to project the message that the pool bars are excluded, except for those explicitly listed.
