Pool Bars at SSR

We will be staying at SSR next February. We have requested Paddock but could be anywhere because we have a standard room rate. Despite this, we plan on walking to visit various pools. What are the pool bars at each pool and are they open daily or just during busier times of the year? Thank you!

Also-is the playground at Congress Park the one I see online with kind of a house/castle-like structure to it? It looks pretty cool!

Just go to the Paddock pool bar. No need for any other. Heh.

The sand castle is at the Paddocks pool, in the height/age restricted area. It is quite nice. The slide going down the barn is a lot of fun according to my husband. The bar and snack bar are nice. The bar at the Grand Stand pool may be opened for limited hours; it has more limited food choices. The pool there has water gun-style horses as a splash pad and a standard sized pool with no features.
