Pool at BLT?

Is the pool area supposed to be open in Aug as well?

Not to sound smart-mouthed but a lot of people seek to ask similar questions.

Have they ever or does DVD have a reputation for opening resorts before they are complete? I can't believe this would be the norm.

When people book a resort, they book expecting the complete package. I wouldn't think anyone would accept anything less. I know I certainly wouldn't. Has DVD got you guys trained to some other expectation level or is there something here I should know?

I'll be at Kidani the 3rd week in June. It darn well better be everything I signed up for and wrote the check for; and more, I certainly won't accept less.
