Pool after checkout?

after checking out, will they still allow you to use the pool facilities the same day? the remainder of our party is staying an extra night and we will be spending the day and early evening with them at the parks but we would like to take a break mid-day and return to the pool if this isn't breaking any rules. we will still have our resort key/passes of course.
