Hi, I would like to know if the rides at Universal and Islands of Adventure fit the big ones.
Does anybody know which rides do not fit big size people??

Should be able to fit everything cause I am 6ft and wieght is 264 and I pretty much fit into everything and the only ones I have to get in the larger seats is the Hulk, Dueing Dragons and stuff with lap bars the only problem I have is when some others get in that are smaller and they try pulling the lap bar down too far almost cutting me in half :lmao:

The only rides that could pose a problem are the coasters and Ripsaw Falls. There are modified seats in rows three and six of each coaster car for larger people. The test seats are out in front so you can test them before walking through the queue. Test sides are available for Dueling Dragons, Revenge of the Mummy and Hulk. Ripsaw Falls is just a tight squeeze so you may have to skip that one.

Sounds like Universal is not Pooh size friendly. If I am a size 1x as is my husband is it worth it to go? What about Island of adventure? is it the same?

nope, universal has guests of all sizes on the rides. (studios and ioa)
they do have rides for pooh sized homies.

did you read thru the threads i posted above for the information for the orignal question?

This ugly broad here and her DH fit into everything- even everything at Seuss land.

:thumbsup2

do you mean you and the MR both get on the same ride together?

ugly doesn't count for fitting into the rides......

The only rides you might have problems with are the ones I stated above and with the modified seats, you should be fine. Keep in mind Disney has more kiddie friendly rides than Universal so sometimes Universal gets a bad rap when it comes to larger people. But...it's cool and you would still have a great time.

Well I`m not small  and I certainly had no problems on any of the rides at universal or IOA. I didn`t go on Ripsaw falls, but that was because I had just been on the hulk about 6 times on a row and was feeling, well a bit woozy I shall say:sick:
DH said RF would have been a tight fit but he did see some larger people on it, but I wouldn`t have felt comfortable trying in case i had to squeeze myself out! Wouldn`t have been pretty :lmao:
But you will have a fantastic time

We went on the new Simpsons ride with a 6' 4" man in our group. He didn't fit on the end of the row, where the roof is lower. It was quiet uncomfortable for him....next time we'll try to get him a center seat and hope it's tall enough.

I'm no 6'4 but I got cuaght in the back and the bar came down.I was sitting on the outside, that down bar was allright till the smaller ones on that row was alittle smaller then me and clicked the lap one more time>>AGONNY:eek:
So sit in front and not on the edge.Go for the middle!!!!!!!!!

when i was on it last year, the TM told us tall larger people needed to sit in the front for a more comfortable ride.

That was my problem and the reason I stopped riding BTTF and since The Simpsons uses the same vehicle, the problem is still there. :sad2:
