I don't normally post blanks but someone was looking for a pooh design for the stateroom porthole, since pooh is my favorite character I gave it a shot and thought I would post it here.
You should print it with a .25 margin and it should turn out the right size, always a good idea to take scissors to trim on the spot if it does not fit. As with most of my character heads this was drawn by me using vector shapes, I looked at a piece of clip art for ear/head shape reference. As I am busy with my design thread I am not taking requests for other porthole ears at this time, I just do them when the mood strikes me.
