Pony ride at FW question

How long does it take to get from the boat to the Pony rides in Fort Wilderness? I couldn't find this answer anywhere. Thank you for the help!

The horsebarns are located just on the other side of the Settlement bldg (where HDD and Trails end is located). Not far at all from the boat dock. Take a moment to look inside the barns. Very interesting display of photos about the history of horses and the WDW parks. Also by looking at the photos and noting the headless horseman's mounts markings you can figure out which horse is his and get that special picture op! Its alot of fun for the kids, you can also see those tiny white horses that pull Cinderellas coach for the fairytale weddings. Have fun.
