Pontoon Boats for Bay Lake

Hi all!
Thinking it might be fun to rent a pontoon boat for an hour to 2 and explore bay lake. Anyone do this?

Are you limited to where you can go? For example if we rent from Wilderness Lodge are we restricted to bay lake only and cannot go to 7 seas lagoon. Or vice versa, rent from Poly and restricted to 7 seas and not able to go to bay lake?

Would ideally like to be able to show the family both 7 seas and bay lake. But more so bay lake with the old river country and discovery Island.

Also wondering if you can pack a little picnic for the boat?

You can go anywhere in Seven Seas Lagoon and anywhere in Bay Lake EXCEPT for the area of Bay Lake that Sammy Duvall uses.

Awesome! Thanks. The Sammy Duvall space is just a small square for the sea doos which I have spent way too much time in as part of the tour. No desire to go back there!
