Charles, if we decide to go that route, is it best to use the same reseller? We aren't in any rush though we would like a WDW vacation in August next year....I say we're in no rush but maybe that is with an 11 month window

shouldn't make any difference. i doubt you'd get a break on closing costs for buying multiple contracts (it's easier to sell smaller contracts down the road but you do tend to pay more up front doing what you plan.)

as long as the contracts are titled the same and have the same UY month, DVC should put them all under the same membership (but you should probably be proactive and let DVC know that is the plan in case they aren't paying attention and don't realize that all 3 contracts should be administered under one member number.)
