When we toured this month, our guide said that DVC wouldn't even consider opening at the Poly until well after the DVC in Hawaii had been established because it would get too confusing. That said, I think that DVC has appealed to the niche of people wanting to stay on the monorail with BLT (worked for us - LOL). I can't imagine DVC would build another villa on the monorail right now, but that's, of course, just my opinion.

They currently have plenty of points available at BLT. I wouldn't look for another WDW DVC until the tower nears sell out.

I would expect them to build a 2nd tower at BLT before starting a project at another resort.

I'll go even further and say that there is such a glut of inventory (more than ever in the history of DVC) that there will not be a new DVC property opened up for at least 3 years. The economy is really slowing things down and there are currently 4 different properties for sale with Hawaii on the way in 2011. The next possible site might be something out at Disneyland once the 50 units at VGC sell out.
